First
up was Maximo Concepcion, Ethnic Filipino Cuisine Chef
Connoisseur, who shared with our Cooking with Kitchen Mama
viewers his family's secret recipe for Chicken Nut Bread.
According to Maximo, this simple, yet tasty recipe has been in
the Concepcion family for generations. Chicken Nut Bread is
prepared for special occasions, such as birthdays, graduations,
parole parties, and victorious cock fight celebrations. Maximo
whipped up a beautiful loaf of Chicken Nut bread in honor of
Kitchen Mama's birthday.

Mabel Steward tells us that it's all about
presentation. People say that she looks a little like Martha
Stewart and we think so, too! Mabel is an expert at placement and
presentation of food as demonstrated in her portion of the show.
She showcased her two specialties, Phallus du Jour and Nenes
Royalle. Mabel also gave us tips on table setting and stressed
the importance of the aesthetics of food.
"It's
all about prezuntashun. It's a gud thing."

Zenji Zushi, Sushi Chef
Guru, demonstrated his progressive Tori (Rubba Chicken) Sushi
with Genetically Engineered BigRice™, and treated the
audience to his renditions of traditional Japanese songs featured
on his newly released CD, Zenji Zushi Sings: Omoshiroi No Uta! Be
sure to pick up your copy of Zenji Zushi's CD which you can purchase right here on this
website!
Zenji Zushi, being the family man that he is, brought along and shared a photo of his son, Kody Zenji Zushi (and his two dogs) to show our Cooking with Kitchen Mama viewers!
Aunty
Lomilomi Opulani, one of Hawaii's favorite and most voluptuous
chefs, paid Cooking with Kitchen Mama a visit to show us how to
cook her family's favorite dish, Chicken Stew. (Well, there was a
more high makamaka name for it, but that's what they call it at
the Opulani household, so we'll go with that.) She taught us the
importance of testing the wine to make sure that the wine was
"not too sweet, not too rancid, but JUST RIGHT!" She
also demonstrated that it's imperative to have enough wine on
hand -- just in case. You can buy a case of Aunty Lomilomi
Opulani's Special Vintage 1999 Red Wine right here on this
website! Don't miss out! And you have Aunty Lomilomi's promise
that it's "just right!" but you better test it out just
in case anyway!
Glenda Miyashiro (Glen
Miyashiro's sister, although he doesn't like to admit it) is the
Cooking with Kitchen Mama host. She is the world's biggest Zenji
Zushi fan and was ecstactic when Zenji himself was featured on
the show. She got the thrill of her life when Zenji Zushi gave
her a big smooch on the cheek (see picture) and promptly fainted
following this photo. She also has an odd fixation with Da Rubba
Chicken™ that we can't figure out.
The famous Brendini, Guest Host
Extraordinaire was the featured celebrity on the PEDC Shopping
Network. Brendini's sales ability, stunning hair-do and
gratuitous cleavage all come together in a shopping bombshell
that makes it almost impossible to resist dialing 1-800-BUY-PEDC!
So what are you waiting for? Get on that phone and buy, buy, buy!
