Click on Aunty Lomilomi to see a larger photo!Aunty Lomilomi Opulani, one of Hawaii's favorite and most voluptuous chefs, paid Cooking with Kitchen Mama a visit to show us how to cook her family's favorite dish, Chicken Stew. (Well, there was a more high makamaka name for it, but that's what they call it at the Opulani household, so we'll go with that.) She taught us the importance of testing the wine to make sure that the wine was "not too sweet, not too rancid, but JUST RIGHT!" She also demonstrated that it's imperative to have enough wine on hand -- just in case. You can buy a case of Aunty Lomilomi Opulani's Special Vintage 1999 Red Wine right here on this website! Don't miss out! And you have Aunty Lomilomi's promise that it's "just right!" but you better test it out just in case anyway!

Click on Glenda's image to see a larger photo!Glenda Miyashiro (Glen Miyashiro's sister, although he doesn't like to admit it) is the Cooking with Kitchen Mama host. She is the world's biggest Zenji Zushi fan and was ecstactic when Zenji himself was featured on the show. She got the thrill of her life when Zenji Zushi gave her a big smooch on the cheek (see picture) and promptly fainted following this photo. She also has an odd fixation with Da Rubba Chicken™ that we can't figure out.
